Girts BerzinsĢirts Bērziņš is managing Customer Service Competence Center for Swedbank in Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). Prior to current role Ģirts was Member of Board and Head of Retail for Swedbank in Latvia. As well Ģirts has been Chief Technology Officer of Lattelecom, Head of IT and Administrative Support in OAO Swedbank (Russia), also he has managed payment cards business, branch network, product development and IT in Hansabank Latvia. Ģirts Bērziņš has obtained Master Degree in Economics at University of Latvia.


Ian CliffordIan Clifford

Ian established YouRock.Jobs in 2013 to support youth employability across Europe. The free platform is in 17 languages and enables young people to build a dynamic online employability profile and identify the skills they may not realise they already have. Ian was a founder and Chair of Telecentre-Europe, the network of community ICT centres across Europe. Prior to this, Ian was Head of Business Development for the network of 4,000 UK online centres. In 1996 Ian founded COSMIC, an NGO employing young people to deliver ICT training and website design for local businesses.


Marietta GrammenouMarietta Grammenou is an economist specialized in international relations. She works as a policy officer in the field of digital skills and jobs at the European Commission, Directorate General for Communications Networks, Content & Technology (DG CONNECT). In particular, she is responsible for the “Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs”, on behalf of DG CONNECT. Previously she worked as business development, marketing and corporate social responsibility executive in two photovoltaic manufacturing companies. Edgars GrandānsEdgars Grandans is responsible for business-to-business sales, client service and solutions development in Latvijas Mobilais Telefons, Latvia’s leading mobile operator. Mr. Grandans holds B.Sc. degree from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and M.Sc. from the University of Latvia. He has previously been a Board member in If Insurance, Corporate development manager in Lattelecom and an entrepreneur.


Baiba KaskinaBaiba Kaskina is the general manager of CERT.LV (Latvian National and governmental CSIRT) managing all activities including incident response, awareness raising and liaison with the constituencies.

She has been leading CSIRT teams in Latvia since 2006 and used to work for TERENA (Netherlands) managing large scale projects, she also have been on the FIRST annual conference programme committee and is currently the chair of TF-CSIRT/Trusted Introducer.
B.Kaskina holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Latvia.

Ilze ZvidrinaIlze Zvidrina is Deputy Director of the Labour Market Policy Department in the Ministry of Welfare of Latvia and since February 2012 Vice-Chair of EU Employment Committee EMCO/ Chair of EMCO Ad Hoc Policy Group.
