The IoE Creathon
An IoE Creathon is a hackathon opened to all students, from any background, with all types of competences! It is an event that stimulates creativity and innovation, giving new tools and energy to the participants.
The participants will be working in multi-disciplinary teams and propose innovative use of technology to enhance public services. The event lasts 1,5 days. By the end of the competition, the teams will need to come up with a 10 minutes pitch explaining their ideas

During the 2-days event, you will have the chance to be mentored and challenged by high-level experts and creativity facilitators. You will meet students with different backgrounds and passions. You will develop your soft skills, in particular your inventiveness and communication competences, and will enhance your technical and entrepreneurial skills through hands-on activities, ideation and prototyping.
You will be inspired and will have the opportunity to take your projects a step further: from ideas to reality!
The winners will be awarded with a trip to the openBerlin IoE Innovation Center in Germany.
You will also have the chance to present your business idea during the eSkills for Jobs high-level Conference before an audience of Government representatives, non-profit and business leaders.
A jury composed of multi-disciplinary experts will select the best ideas. They will judge the teams according to various criteria such as: the level of innovation of the project, the economic viability, the potential positive impact on society.
